The event will take place Thursday May 12 to 11:30 a.m. at Upper Montclair Country Club during the week of the Cognizant Founders Cup, a tournament honoring the 13 founding members of the LPGA. Focusing on dynamic change in people’s relationships with their work and careers, as it relates to work-life balance, drivers of value, opportunities for growth and development, Leadership Day of Women will also include a panel discussion highlighting the journey to becoming a leader.

Women’s Leadership Day, an opportunity for current and emerging women leaders to discuss leadership development and women’s empowerment while networking and learning, will include a fireside chat with a keynote speaker, Lindsey Pollack. Pollack is a New York Times best-selling author and one of the world’s leading career and workplace experts. She was named to the 2020 Thinkers50 Radar List, which honors the top thinkers in global management whose work shapes the future of management and leadership in organizations.
