Lennar Homes’ two lifestyle clubs are located, respectively, in the award-winning 55+ Pelican Preserve gated community and the highly sought after Venetian Golf & River Club gated community. They are recognized as several of the most prosperous communities in the Sarasota and Southwest Florida areas.
